The quoted prices are FOR SITE.

Taxes & Duties

GST will be including on above Price. If at the time of dispatch if any new taxes/duties will be applicable or rate of the tax/duty changes due to change of government policy, the same shall be to the client’s account.

Packing

Prices are including of Packing. Packing shall be done as per our standard practice.

Freight &Transit Insurance

Our offer is including of freight and transit insurance charges and shall be payable by us as per actual.

Validity of Offer

This offer is valid for 15 days from the date of offer and there after subject to our reconfirmation.

Terms of Payment

100% advance along with PO .

Delivery /Completion Period

The goods will be delivered Within 20 to 30 days from the date of your technically and commercially clear Purchase Order along with advance and the same will be installed within 60 days from the receipt of material at site. The Delivery/Completion shall be reasonably extended if:-

• 1. The technical or commercial data required by us to execute the order including advance payment are not made available in time or if subsequent changes, which delay the delivery, are made by the purchaser.
• 2. If the purchaser is behind the schedule with the work he has to carry out or is late in fulfilling the Contractual obligations.

Limitation to Liability

Our liability in respect of any defect or failure of the equipment supplied or for any loss, injury, damage attributable thereto, is limited to making good by replacing or repairing defects which under proper use appear therein (provided the equipment is installed, operated ,maintained a sperour in struction manual)and a rise solely from faulty design, materials or workmanship within warrantee period. Beyond which all liability on our part shall cease.
